Even though we’ve seen the Chrysler brand dropped to a total of two models, this brand has been one of the leading names in the automotive industry for many years.
It’s where you can find a variety of concept models that have shown us what this brand can do. Eventually, we expect Chrysler to bring more models to the fray, but until that takes place, it can be a lot of fun to talk about the amazing concepts that have been offered.

Chrysler Chronos Concept – This elegant car made its way across the stage in 1998 as one that gave a nod to the 19534 Chrysler D’Elegance Concept. This Chrysler model was some of the inspiration of the Chrysler 300C with a 6.0-liter V10 engine under the hood that pumped out nearly 350 horsepower to give a great ride as it borrowed components from the Viper suspension for the drive.
Chrysler Java Concept – If you’re looking for a small hatchback for the drive this concept was one that could have been considered the ride you want for the drive as it came to the 1999 Frankfort Motor Show. This concept showed off the unique Panoramic Seating to feature higher H-points to enhance visibility, comfort, space, and ease of entry and exit for the driver and the passenger.
Chrysler Phaeton Concept – When Chrysler was looking for a flagship for the lineup it offered, this model was the one that was considered when other brands in the family had their own flagship offerings. this model showed up in 1997 to give us a great way to see what this brand was thinking for the drive when it would develop a model that could sit at the top of the lineup from this brand.
Chrysler Citadel Concept – Before hybrids were popular, this concept made its way to the stage in 1999 to give us a look at what it could offer for the drive. The electric motor of this car offered an additional 70 horsepower over the 253 this V6 gave it for the ride. This meant we saw a concept that offered nearly as much power as a V8 engine at a time when most hybrids were built for efficiency.
Chrysler LHX Concept – This model may look familiar because of its headlights that showed up in other models after this model debuted in 1996. This vehicle showed off with the styling desired that looks long and elegant in order to have the quality appearance that’s sleek and elegant for the drive. This car showed off with a 250 horsepower V6 engine under the hood.
Chrysler Atlantic Concept – Here is a car that looks a lot like a sports car that should be on the race track and it made its way to the staged in 1995 to be one that was considered to be a retro concept that was designed by Bob Hubbuch with Bugatti inspiration. This car looked like a lot of fun and would have been great if it had made it way to the market, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be.
Chrysler Thunderbolt Concept – Sleek and sensuous were certainly a pair of ways to describe this concept model that was powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine with 270 horsepower coming out from under the hood. This car showed off and showed up but it was another that didn’t quite make its way to the production line. This model could capture your attention and never let it go.
Chrysler Cirrus Concept – This concept car was shaped like a futuristic vehicle that showed it as a long and supple model that could be a lot of fun for you to drive if it ever was built. This car had no B-pillar and a door shape that made it look like a pod from a cartoon or a movie that thought about what the future of driving might be when it’s time to head out and have the ride you want.
Chrysler 300 Concept – While the name was eventually used on one of the large sedans that we love from this brand, the original concept from 1991 was certainly a far cry from what it became. The car was inspired by the Dodge Viper and made its way to being a model that we love, but this concept had the power of an 8.0-liter V10 under the hood when it crossed the stage.
