Jeep has been known for its rugged off road vehicles. Jeep Wrangler is probably the most well known off road vehicle. Other popular vehicles include the Jeep Cherokee, Compass, Renegade, and Patriot. Strong vehicles for on and off-road has been Jeep’s strong hold in the automotive industry. Jeep is now showcasing their new concept vehicle, the Jeep Renegade at the Geneva Auto Show.
The Jeep Renegade Concept Vehicle is a Hard Steel Concept. It is a crossover based on the Trailhawk trim level and Mopar has modified custom features and touches on the concept vehicle. The exterior of the vehicle is a metal bare brushed finish with strong black contrast features. These features include the running boards, mirrors, grille, and accents.
Although made to be a manly vehicle, the trailer bellows “cute.” The brushed steel concept continues inside on the vents, shifter, glove box, and speakers. The interior isn’t all that different from the existing Renegade with lead-colored leather with grey stitching. Sixteen inch alloy wheels, slightly lifted suspension, and stocky BF Goodrich All-terrain tires are the big news for the exterior features.
Then, there is the trailer. This trailer that mimics the rear-end of the Jeep Renegade Concept Vehicle, but it doesn’t stop there. It is wired with Wi-Fi, oversized display screen showing off Jeep’s Uconnect infotainment center, which will allow drivers access to social media, streaming radio, real time traffic, news, and other popular consumer features such as navigation and streaming music. It hasn’t been revealed as of now whether this cute little trailer will be offered to consumers as a real for sale accessory.
