To put both a turbocharge and supercharge on an engine the Volvo engineers must have had a very long night with lots of coffee, but owners will love the power of 302 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine gets the same eight-speed automatic transmission and comes in with 22 city/30 hwy mpg of fuel economy.
Next up is the 3.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine that is offered only with all-wheel drive. This engine offers 240 horsepower and 236 lb.-ft. of torque for owners to enjoy. Last up is the 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine also offered only as AWD. This is the engine the designers came up with during a serious sugar rush and packed it full of power at 325 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft. of torque. Add the six-speed automatic transmission and this powerful pairing comes in at 17 city/24 hwy mpg to enjoy. Somehow this powertrain added a great amount of power and did not lose any of its fuel mileage and also enjoys the advantages of AWD. All of these powertrains are capable of a towing capacity of 3,300 pounds for a nice load of materials or a couple great toys to go to the lake with.
The cabin of the XC60 comes in as an actually understated arrangement with easy to find and understand controls and smooth and stylish materials throughout the vehicle. The colors offered are contrasting to be more appealing to the eye and with all the added safety features always onboard every Volvo the interior is safe and secure. Add to this the comfort of plenty of room for five adults to sit comfortably and this is very nice luxury cabin to ride in.
On the outside is found smooth lines, great curves and a wonderful angle from hood to roof and on back.
