Full-size trucks continue to be the best-selling vehicles in America, led by the Ford F-150, but GMC and Chevy lifted trucks also enjoy a sizable piece of the pie.

Americans love trucks for their versatility and rugged appearance. Many truck enthusiasts choose to go a step further by taking advantage of all the available modifications for trucks. This often includes the tried and true lift kit.

GMC Sierra by Joe Conduff

One of a few impressive GMC lifted trucks on this list, Conduff lifted his GMC Sierra a huge 16 inches and gave it a two-tone paint job. Collaborating with X Industry, he added reservoir shocks on the rear of the truck and off-road coilovers in the front. The truck also boasts 22×11 American Racing Traxx wheels.

2012 Ford F-450 by Terry DeLong

It’s hard to beat the aggressive look of a dually F-450, but adding a 60-inch lift kit just might do it. DeLong installed just that by Fabtech on his truck, which includes Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks. This huge truck also boasts 37-inch Nitto Terra Grappler tires on 24×10 wheels.

Another one of the coolest GMC lifted trucks out there, this Denali Mega Cab was heavily modified and lifted to stretch the cab and shorten the bed. Boasting a 12-inch suspension lift, this truck showcases a perfect stance for its size and modifications. The interior is incredibly cavernous to fit three adults in the rear seat.

Ford F-350 Super Duty by Custom Motorsports

Another large and aggressive-looking truck gets even more fearsome with 18-inch Atlas leaf springs in the front and 12-inch Atlas leaf springs in the rear. The extra suspension lift is augmented by huge tires to the tune of 44-inch TSL Super Swampers. The exterior is just as striking with blue and white covering the cab and nose, then yellow and green flames on the sides.

Ford F-450 by Street Diesel

A common theme for lifted trucks is to take the biggest truck out there and make it even bigger. Aside from the eye-catching American flag exterior theme, the most impressive highlight of this truck is the 4-link custom suspension system that boasts 12 inches of lift. The kit also adds Fox shocks and rear spring packs by Atlas. Believe it or not, but the exterior isn’t a wrap, it was hand-painted by the Street Diesel team.

Chevy C-10 Body Ford F-250 by Trevor Lima

This truck is definitely a labor of love. It took Lima three years to build it and $150,000 to finish it. Unlike some of the other lifted trucks on this list, Lima’s truck showcases a certain practicality that makes it a capable daily driver as well as a show truck. It stands out, but in a more subtle way than some of the other head-turners out there.

As you can see, trucks aren’t just versatile workhorses, they can be just about anything the owner wants them to be. Whether you choose to lift a little or a lot, there’s a raft of modifications available for every truck.
